At Uponide, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure the garments remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
